Hélène Vignacq

Hélène has been Darrois’ Secretary General since April 2020. She is in charge of supervising and coordinating the firm’s support services (HR, Accountancy, Controlling, property & facilities management services) under the authority of the managing partner(s).

Prior to her assignment with Darrois, she was CFO at TAJ lawyers’ company from 2012 to 2020 and previously at Julhiet Sterwen, Morgan Philips and Progress Software. She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte.

Hélène graduated from Neoma Reims business school.
