Benjamin is engaged in the practice of corporate and individual tax law. His practice includes all aspects of French and international taxation relating to mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganizations and real estate investments.
Benjamin also represents the clients of the firm in their relationships with the French tax authorities, especially in the course of tax audits.
Benjamin joined the firm after having worked in the Paris office of a French law firm.
He is a member of the French Tax Lawyers Institute (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux) and of the International Fiscal Association.
