Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Financière Flo and its shareholders in the context of the execution on April 25, of the agreement relating to the debt restructuring of Groupe Flo and the sale of Financière Flo to Group Bertrand as announced by Groupe Flo on April 26. The sale of Financière Flo (shareholder of Group Flo with c. 70% of the share capital) to Groupe Bertrand remains subject to the completion of certain conditions precedent (amongst other the authorization from the French Competition Authority).

The DVMB team consisted of François Kopf (Partner), Colin Marvaud in restructuring, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (Partner), Alexandre Durand in corporate and Martin Lebeuf (Partner), Martin Grange in financing.
