Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises KKR on the acquisition of 49.99% of SFR TowerCo

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises KKR on the project to acquire 49.99% of the share capital of the to be formed SFR TowerCo a tower company that will comprise 10,198 sites currently operated by SFR. The envisaged transaction values SFR TowerCo at an enterprise value of €3.6 billion.

The DVMB team includes Alain Maillot, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (partners), Jean-Guillaume Meunier, Alexandre Durand, Alix de Montchenu, Olivia Goudal for the M&A aspects, Loic Védie (partner), Zoé Attali for the tax aspects, Martin Lebeuf (partner), Mathilde Sollier in financing, Henri Savoie (partner), Patrick Mèle (counsel) and Guillaume Griffart for the public law aspects.
