Emmanuel Brochier, Partner, and Matthieu Brochier, Partner, have published an article in the Recueil Dalloz, n° 7 of 19 February 2015  entitled « Pour une clarification des procédures de médiation et de conciliation dans le code de procédure civile » (Clarification of mediation and conciliation procedures under the French civil procedure code) (p. 389 et seq.).

At the end of 2014, Matthieu Brochier published an article on French class action out-of-court settlements  in the Semaine Juridique Edition Entreprises et Affaires entitled « Les particularités de la transaction dans l’action de groupe » (Particular characteristics of transactions involving class actions) in the JCPE n° 49, 4 December 2014, 1622.
