Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Fareva within the context of the acquisition of a production site located in Mirabel, Riom (63) from Laboratoires Merck Sharp & Dohme-Chibret (MSD). The facility of Mirabel is specialized in the production of ophthalmological, antifungal and antibiotic products.

Fareva is the world’s leading subcontractor in the industrial field for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, make-up, industrial and household products. The group achieved a turnover of 1.81 billion euros in 2019 and employs 12,000 employees in 41 production sites.
