Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised KKR and Towerbrook on the sale of OVH Groupe S.A. shares

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised KKR and Towerbrook in connection with the sale of shares in OVH Groupe S.A. (“OVH Groupe”), representing 2.62% of OVH Groupe’s share capital and voting rights, for a total amount of approximately € 64.5 million.

Following this transaction, each of KKR and Towerbrook retains a stake of approximately 6.31% of OVH Groupe’s share capital.

This transaction was carried out through a placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding reserved for qualified investors.
