Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor in the context of the acquisition by Accor of Paris Society group

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor in connection with the acquisition of the Paris Society group. Accor had acquired a stake in the Paris Society group in 2017.

This transaction is part of the operation announced last June to sell a 10.8% stake in Ennismore to a consortium of Qatari investors following the transfer to Ennismore of Accor’s stakes in Rixos and Paris Society.

The Darrois team includes Marcus Billam, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (partners), Alexandre Durand (counsel), and Pierre Zejma for the M&A aspects, Guillaume Aubron (partner) and Thomas Servières for the antitrust law aspects.
