Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues on the sale of Alstom shares

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised its client Bouygues S.A. (“Bouygues”) in connection with the sale of shares in Alstom S.A. (“Alstom”), representing 6.19% of its share capital, for a total amount of approximately € 1 billion, including 12,000,000 shares in March 2021 and 11,000,000 shares in June 2021.

Following these transactions, Bouygues retains a stake of approximately 0.16% of Alstom’s share capital.

These transactions were carried out through placements by way of an accelerated bookbuilding reserved for qualified investors.

In these transactions, BNP PARIBAS and J.P. Morgan acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and BofA Securities, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale, acted as Joint Bookrunners of the Offering.
