Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Natixis in the sale of a 29.5% stake in Coface to Arch Capital Group

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Natixis on its sale of a 29.5% stake in Coface to Arch Capital Group, a leading US Speciality & Mortgage Insurance Company, at a price of €10.70 per share (dividend attached), corresponding to a transaction value of approximately €480 million based on the current number of shares.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable antitrust and regulatory approvals, notably by the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
