Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor in connection with the sale of 5.2% of AccorInvest share capital to existing shareholders of the company. The transaction is subject to approval by the competent regulatory authorities.
At closing, which should occur prior to year-end, Accor will hold 30% of the share capital of AccorInvest.
The Darrois team includes Jean-Baptiste de Martigny, partner, Alexandre Durand and Pierre Zejma for the M&A aspects.
