Hadrien mainly assists the firm’s clients, both public and private, on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, private equity deals and corporate governance matters. He is frequently involved in cross-border transactions and reorganization projects.

He has also developed expertise in commercial dispute resolution and stock market litigation.

Hadrien joined the firm in 2013 and was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York in 2020. He has also been seconded as head of corporate law matters and board secretary of a large French listed company.
