Isabelle is part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. Isabelle regularly advises corporates and financial institutions in connection with initial public offerings (incl. SPACs listings), privatisations, equity (rights issues, ABBs), equity-linked (convertible/exchangeable bonds) and debt issues, including liability management transactions.
Isabelle also advises listed companies, board members, and shareholders on matters relating to corporate governance issues and, more generally, handles various corporate and securities law matters.
Isabelle joined the firm after having spent more than eight years working in the Paris office of an international law firm.
