As a member of the restructuring – litigation team, Mathieu mainly advices clients of the firm in high profile cases, including bankruptcy matters, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation. He regularly pleads before civil, commercial and criminal courts. He is also involved in pretrial and settlement proceedings.
Mathieu joined the firm after several years at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and French business law firms.
