Matthieu is involved in the resolution of business law disputes as well as in litigation, mediation and transactional negotiation.

He advises the firms’ French and international clients (private or listed companies, investment funds; officers and board members, general counsels; shareholders) in the resolution of their contractual, tort, commercial, corporate disputes, stock exchange and white-collar crime litigations and disputes.

Matthieu has developed a renowned experience in complex litigation, with high legal, financial and reputational stakes, by making his skills and judicial experience, together with those of the firm’s various departments to international groups, in particular when they are facing class actions, activists or short-sellers.

Matthieu is a laureate of the pleading contest of the Paris Bar Conference. He was a teaching assistant at University Paris X Nanterre. He is a regular lecturer at the Paris Bar School, Science Po Paris and at HEAD law schoolwhere he created the judicial writing workshop as well as the first French business law clinic for start-up founders.
