Wenceslas practices in the field of business litigation. He mainly advises the firm’s clients on stock exchange litigations, in particular AMF investigations, post-public offer recourses or shareholder activism issues. He also represents clients on civil and commercial litigations.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in French and international business law firms in Paris and in London, where he also developed skills in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
