As a member of the litigation team, Xavier advises the firm’s clients on issues related to criminal business law (including directors’ liability).
He also intervenes in proceedings involving shareholders’ litigation, contractual and tort liability as well as in pre-litigation and transactional proceedings.
He is part of the white collar crime team of the firm. The team, named among other things as “key player” (“incontournable”) by Décideurs magazine, has deep knowledge of business criminal law and particularly stands out for its high-quality advice on defence strategies, its personal investment in cases, and the finesse and relevance of its legal analysis” (Legal 500, 2019).
He regularly pleads before civil, commercial and criminal courts.
Xavier joined the firm after several years at an international law firm.
In 2019, Xavier was elected Secrétaire de la Conférence des avocats du Barreau de Paris, a two-hundred-year-old institution which elects each year, by means of a public speaking competition, 12 lawyers who will be court-appointed in the most complex and serious criminal matters.
