Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Vivendi on its 850 million euros inaugural bond issue under its EMTN programme

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Vivendi on its 850 million euros inaugural bond issue under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) programme. The notes bear interest at an annual rate of 0.875%, mature in 2024 and are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

The placement was made to institutional investors on 18 September 2017 through a bank syndicate composed of BNP Paribas, MUFG, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
