Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor in the context of the exclusive negotiations for the sale of 10.8% of Ennismore

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor on the exclusive negotiations with a Qatari consortium in the context of the sale of 10.8% of Ennismore. In the context of such transaction, Accor will also transfer its shareholdings in Rixos and Paris Society to Ennismore.

The Darrois team includes Marcus Billam, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (partners), Alexandre Durand, Pierre Zejma and Sophie Robert for the M&A aspects, Guillaume Aubron (partner) and Thomas Servières for the antitrust law aspects.

Accor was also assisted by Reedsmith for the tax law aspects and Proskauer for the UK and US law aspects.
