Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor in the context of the exclusive negotiations with Ennismore and the creation of its “Lifestyle Platform”

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Accor on the exclusive negotiations with Ennismore for the creation of a common “Lifestyle platform”. In order to create this platform, Accor would also acquire the minority interests not yet held in Mama Shelter and 25Hours.

The Darrois team includes Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (partner), Ioana Nicolas, Alexandre Durand and Pierre Zejma for the M&A aspects, Igor Simic (partner) and Thomas Servières for the antitrust law aspects. Accor was also assisted by Reedsmith for the tax law aspects, Proskauer for the UK and US law aspects and CMS for the German and Austrian aspects.
