Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has advised OVHcloud in connection with the acquisition in the United States of BuyDRM whose team will join the OVH group to work on the integration of new cryptographic systems and the large-scale development of digital security services.

BuyDRM is a leading provider of digital rights management (DRM) and security services for over-the-top platforms, television networks, movie studios, video game websites and premium content distributors (including ABC, Blizzard, Rakuten Viki, Sony New Media Solutions and Showtime).

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team was composed of François Kopf (partner) and Martin Lodéon (associate).
