Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises KKR on the disposal of Hivory

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises KKR in the proposed disposal of its stake in Hivory to Cellnex for an implied enterprise value at 100% of EUR 5.2 billion.

Hivory is the largest independent telecoms tower company in France holding more than 10,000 of Altice’s French towers part of the passive infrastructures network of SFR.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021 after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.

The Darrois team includes Jean-Baptiste de Martigny (partner), Jean-Guillaume Meunier and Léonor Boulanger for the M&A aspects, Didier Théophile (partner), Guillaume Aubron (counsel) and Thomas Servières for the antitrust aspects and Henri Savoie (partner), Patrick Mèle (counsel) and Guillaume Griffart for the public law aspects.

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advised Altice – the team included Magali Masson (partner), Sandra Alaoui and Mathieu Retiveau for the M&A aspects, Philippe Guibert (partner) and Sofia El Hariri (counsel) for the antitrust aspects.
