Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises the TF1 group in the context of exclusive negotiations between the TF1 group and Altice Media in connection with the sale of the TFX channel

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises the TF1 Group in the context of exclusive negotiations between the TF1 Group and Altice Media in the context of the sale of the TFX channel (channel 11 of TNT). In this context, the TF1 Group has received from Altice Media a put option to purchase the TFX channel. Altice Media will benefit from an exclusivity right.

The completion of this transaction is subject, in particular, to the information consultation process of the employee representative bodies, the authorization of the competent authorities (Autorité de la Concurrence and Arcom) and the completion of the project of merger between the TF1 Group and the M6 Group.
